Emergency 24/7 Roadside Assistance and Towing Service
Since our inception in 1976, Auto Club of America has been providing members with the finest products and services available in the motor club industry.
Whenever you are prevented from driving your vehicle because of a breakdown or problem on the road, call us at our toll free number 24 hours a day, and we will dispatch a service provider to your location to assist you in getting on your way. Our provider will help you with jumping your dead battery, changing your flat tire, unlocking your locked vehicle, delivering you fuel and even making minor mechanical adjustments so you can proceed to your destination. If the service provider cannot get you on your way, we will tow your vehicle to the nearest servicing facility so that your vehicle can be repaired.
Your package includes:
Flat Tire Assistance
If your vehicle has an inflated spare tire, it will be installed to replace a flat tire. If your vehicle has two or more flat tires, or you do not have an inflated spare, the vehicle will be towed in accordance with ACA’s towing provisions.
Battery Service
When your vehicle experiences battery failure, we will provide a jump-start.
Mechanical Adjustments
Minor adjustments will be made on site, in an attempt to allow your vehicle to operate safely under its own power.
Vehicle Fluid Delivery
We provide delivery of fuel or other fluids needed at the site of the breakdown. Specific brands or octane ratings cannot be promised. (This provision does not cover the cost of fuel of fluids.)
Lock-Out Service
When you lock your keys in your vehicle, service will be sent to gain entry into your vehicle. (This provision does not cover costs to reproduce keys.)
Towing
When your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical breakdown, we will tow it to the nearest approved service facility.
